Lukashenko: EAEU priorities for 5 years

President Alexander Lukashenko has outlined the priority areas of work for the Eurasian Economic Union for the next five years. The statement highlights seven key sectors:

1. Industrial growth and technological development – advancing cooperation projects and attracting financial support.

2. Agriculture – expanding production and entering the global food market.

3. Transport and logistics potential – developing transport corridors and routes.

4. Functioning of the internal market – improving the efficiency and coordination of its mechanisms.

5. Digital transformation – creating a competitive, barrier-free digital environment.

6. International outreach – seeking new partners, including in Africa and Asia, and strengthening the EAEU's positions on international platforms.

7. Humanitarian dimension – ensuring a comfortable environment for citizens, including border simplification, access to education, healthcare, and financial services.

The president's remarks emphasize the readiness to use existing union tools and develop new initiatives to improve the economies and well-being of member states.
