5,000 young teachers annually in Belarus

Every year, about five thousand young teachers come to schools and universities in Belarus. The new generation of educators is distinguished not only by conducting classes but also by actively participating in the online world, maintaining contact with students through social networks. This 'virtual' accessibility makes teachers closer to children growing up in digital space. According to observers, this approach inspires Generation Z rather than irritating them due to teachers' constant presence online.
