Year of Belarusian Woman announced

The Government of Belarus has approved a republican plan of events for the Year of the Belarusian Woman. The plan provides for creating a brand of the Belarusian woman through media projects and internet radio (#Belaruska21veka, #VseNachinaetsyaSsemi, ZhenskoeLitsoBelarusi). It is planned to promote women's contributions on international platforms, promote a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention. Special cultural, social, and sports events include 'Woman of the Year' and 'Family of the Year'. Information and educational projects 'Ruka Pomoshi' and 'Byt mamoy kruto!' will also be part of the program. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection will act as the coordinator.
