President A. Lukashenko outlined fifteen tasks prioritizing the restoration of industry and economic stabilization. Key points include: 1) immediately halt the industrial decline, reduce warehouse overloads, and modernize thermal and electrical networks; seek new export contracts and attract financial support from the minister and deputy prime minister; 2) ensure real oversight by state authorities and law enforcement agencies; 3) prioritize construction of calf barns in the agro-industrial complex; 4) implement the principle of 'one district – one project,' where each district head and governor will be responsible for developing local industrial sites; 5) reduce inflation to 6-7%. Additionally, the president emphasized the need for a scientific breakthrough to develop the real sector and supported the idea of uniting countries under sanctions.
