Minsk saves heating pipeline at night
Commanders and specialists are working without rest
The Minsk energy service announced that it is working around the clock to repair the damaged heating pipeline, with emergency crews continuing their work during cold nights when temperatures dropped to –19 °C. Since the start of the emergency, more than 170 people and all necessary specialized equipment have been involved. Currently, dismantling of the damaged compensator continues, while specialists are preparing spare parts. Due to severe frost and the difficult location of the section, part of the work has to be done manually. All measures are being taken to restore normal heating supply as soon as possible.
