Powerful cyclone "Ulli" over Belarus

According to satellite observations, a powerful cyclone 'Ulli' has formed over the territory of Belarus. It originated from tropical air and is characterized by excessive humidity, extensive storm fronts, and a sharp drop in temperature. According to the meteorological agency, the cyclone is attracting researchers' attention because such phenomena are usually associated with stronger turbulence and possible flooding in lowland areas of the country. At times, a compressed vortex is observed, encompassing parts of western and eastern Belarus, as well as affecting the Baltic Sea coastline.
