Updated senior commissions composition

Belarusian President Aleksandrovich signed a decree on February 20, which provides for updating the composition of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission, the Commission on Pardons and Release from Criminal Liability, and the Commission for Considering Citizens' Appeals regarding their commission of offenses. The decree states that the changes affect members of these collegial bodies and also clarify certain positions. The update is due to recent personnel appointments in the Constitutional Court, the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Investigative Committee, and the Ministry of Health, as well as the need to clarify the statuses of members of these institutions.
