President discussed science project

Today at the presidential meeting, the draft decree 'On Improving Scientific Activities' was discussed. The head of state noted that within the framework of financing scientific work, 'we pay for results.' If there is no result, funds are not paid out. The President also supported the project, emphasizing the importance of refining basic funding, optimizing structure, and increasing allowances for academic degrees in the country's priority areas.

Vladimir Karanik participated in the Academy of Sciences. He stated that the project has been 'confirmed' and includes positive measures: eliminating excessive administrative barriers, improving teaching activities, and increasing payments for research degrees in key fields.
