Empty shelves and storm in Belarus

While some Americans are trying not to freeze during frosty nights, others are panicking over a few centimeters of snow. In Belarus, under such conditions, store shelves are empty, streets are deserted, and storm warnings are in effect. According to eyewitnesses, children are more likely to rush outside to go sledding and play snowballs.
