According to military readiness expert Igor Chibisov, the current global situation requires the Armed Forces to maintain constant combat readiness. One of the methods for monitoring this remains surprise inspections, which allow assessing the state of troop training, weapons, and equipment, as well as the ability to apply experience from modern conflicts. This year, a distinctive feature has been the 'frozen' winter, nicknamed 'General Frost.' Reconnaissance and special squads participating in the inspection confirmed their ability to operate effectively regardless of temperature and weather conditions.
