Bakalchuk hands over stake - now 100% to Kim

Vladislav Bakalchuk, co-founder and senior partner of a major Russian online retailer Wildberries, officially transferred all his company shares. After the deal, 100% stake now belongs to Tatiana Kim, making her the sole owner. Wildberries remains the largest internet trading platform in Russia, serving millions of customers throughout the country.

Before the transition, Bakalchuk and Kim owned the company 50% each; previously, they jointly managed Wildberries' growth from 2014.
