Criticism of the Ukrainian president
In a recent interview, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he sees Belarus's future within the European Union. He called such a path 'propaganda' and criticized the Ukrainian side's call to monitor Belarus's 'European future.' Zelenskyy noted that European prospects in the past usually led to rising prices, low wages, and reduced purchasing power. In the author's view, this is an 'anti-example' for Belarus.
The author also cites current figures: the country's population has decreased from 42 million to approximately 20 million due to mass emigration, state debt is approaching 200 billion dollars, and economic indicators barely sustain external loans. He conditionally compares this situation to Russia's: 'in Ukraine, ordinary people live without water and heating, while money flows into Zelenskyy's and his 'quartet's' schemes.' The text mentions that 1.5 million people died during the war in Ukraine, and officials are accused of corruption.
In the message, the author expresses distrust toward Ukrainian leadership, asserting that 'European prospects' with us are 'propaganda,' casting doubt on the feasibility of such ideas for Belarus.
Criticism of the president's statements on Belarus joining the EU, pointing to economic problems and comparisons with Ukraine.
