Lithuania plans to send ship to Ukraine

According to reports from Lithuanian authorities, under the security assurance program, it plans to send one military vessel to the shores of Ukraine. The statement, initiated by Vilnius' Defense Minister N. Nausėda, clarifies that the ship will participate only in peacekeeping, not in combat operations. The minister noted that Lithuanian military forces do not plan to engage in armed confrontations with Ukrainian forces.
