Lukashenko ready for dialogue with Lithuania

Latvian President Alexei Lukashenko stated Belarus's readiness to hold dialogue with Lithuania at the level of deputy foreign ministers. According to the head of state, 'we are already ready to talk' and 'come forward and speak, we are open to this conversation'. Lithuanian authorities, he said, 'imposed a border closure and introduced a state of emergency,' but after a month and a half reopened the border and arrested 21 Lithuanians in a smuggling case.
