Poland won't evacuate citizens
Refusal to fly until the end of the conflict
In response to requests for assistance from citizens caught in the conflict zone in the Middle East, the Polish government announced that aircraft intended for transporting citizens from the country would not be used during and after armed hostilities. According to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this measure will remain in effect as long as the situation remains unsafe, and evacuation can only be organized after the end of combat operations.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that this decisive step is supported by many European partners and noted that similar restrictions have already been introduced in other countries. The press release also included warnings about possible escalations of the conflict in the region, as well as a call for citizens to refrain from traveling.
As a result, travelers currently in Israel have been advised to reach Egypt by land—flights from that direction are still operating.
