Chairman of the State Security Committee Ivan Tertel published a full commentary after reporting to the Prime Minister, in which he discussed the work of intelligence agencies within the framework of Belarusian-American contacts, the situation at the Belarusian-Lithuanian border, and Belarusian-Polish contacts through intelligence channels. According to Tertel, employees of Belarus's foreign intelligence are involved in all of this. In his commentary, Tertel also confirmed the allegation that Ukrainian opposition politician Andriy Protasevich is an officer of foreign intelligence.

Focusing on intelligence relations, Tertel noted that cooperation with the United States includes information exchange and coordination of actions to counter threats, and regarding the critical situation at the border with Lithuania, he reported ongoing monitoring and collaborative efforts with British and German partners. On cooperation with Poland, Tertel emphasized that bilateral contacts are intensifying within counterterrorism operations.
