During a meeting with European parliamentarians, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said, "The world right now is such that it's time to start drinking." According to Kallas, this remark reflects growing anxiety within the EU over the potential annexation of Greenland, mass protests in Iran, conflicts in Ukraine and the Gaza Strip, and US operations in Venezuela.
