Grünbaum presented to the Russian president

As part of efforts to strengthen dialogue between the U.S. and Russia, Josh Grunbaum, commissioner of the Federal Acquisition Service at the General Services Administration (GSA), was introduced in the Kremlin. According to Kremlin representatives, Grunbaum visited the Russian capital for the first time and has been part of the U.S. negotiating team on Ukraine for a month already.
