Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko held talks with the Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Erlan Kosherov, in the Kremlin. During the meeting, the leaders discussed increasing trade turnover between the countries, noting that the current volume has already exceeded one billion dollars, but there is potential for further growth.

Lukashenko emphasized Belarus's readiness to supply Kazakhstan with high-tech products and even develop joint production. According to the president, Belarus is ready to supply not only large-scale mining equipment but also agricultural machinery, including combines, which are comparable in specifications to foreign counterparts.

During the conversation, opinions were also expressed about multipolarity and the need to maintain the sovereignty and independence of countries following the collapse of the Soviet Union. The president noted that Kazakhstan had assisted him in working with other countries, and Belarus is ready to cooperate with Kazakhstan in various fields.

As part of the discussion, a thematic forum on interregional cooperation is planned, which will help expand cooperation in economic and technological areas.
